Representation and signing
When applying for training compensation, it is a matter of representing the applicant when using a central government authority. This means that the application is signed by a person who has the right to represent and exercise the right to speak on behalf of the organisation.
The right to sign a business name is based on law and an organisation's own decisions. Different types of organisations have differing practices: representing a limited liability company differs from representing a municipality or a wellbeing services county. The representation can be found listed in an extract from the Trade Register, an extract from the Register of Associations or an extract from the Register of Foundations. The representation of public entities, such as municipalities or wellbeing services counties, is based on legislation and an entity’s own decisions. These do not have similar registers from which to check the name of those entitled to sign on their behalf.
The person entitled to sign the business name may sign the application themselves or issue a power of attorney for this, in which they authorise another person to apply for university of applied sciences training compensation from the Regional State Administrative Agency.
You can find a template for power of attorney below. The power of attorney is signed by the assignor. The assignor, usually an organisation, issues a power of attorney to the assignee, who acts as an attorney. They submit an application on behalf of the organisation and signs the application. The assignee has the right to sign on behalf of the organisation.
