Tobacco sales
Selling tobacco products and nicotine-containing liquids on a retail basis requires a licence. Wholesalers simply need to register with the competent authority. Send your retail licence application or wholesale registration notice to the local authority in which your outlet is located.
More information about the sale of tobacco products and applying for a retail licence is available on the website of the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health.
