Customer service
Most of the tasks of the Regional State Administrative Agencies will be transferred to the new Finnish Supervisory Agency, which will start operations on 1 January 2026. The customer service of the Finnish Supervisory Agency will provide you with advice on matters concerning the agency’s tasks and services. After the turn of the year, you will find the contact details and service channels of the Finnish Supervisory Agency at lvv.fi/en/contact.
The tasks concerning animal health and welfare and foodstuffs will be transferred from the Regional State Administrative Agencies to the Finnish Food Authority. Competition and consumer administration tasks will be transferred from the Regional State Administrative Agencies to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
