Registry services

To ensure that your enquiry is forwarded to the right person in our organisation, we recommend that you initially approach our registries instead of emailing individual officers directly. Our registries serve customers who wish to submit official documents, have them entered into our case management system and find out about the competent authority in each case. Please only send documents containing confidential or otherwise sensitive information via secure email.

Confirmations of receipt are sent out during our registries’ opening hours.

The maximum size of email attachments is 50 MB. Each email can contain up to 50 MB of attachments. Larger files can be sent via our secure email server. Any information sent to us by email is at the sender’s risk.

Secure email

It is worth remembering that normal emails are not encrypted, and someone could in theory intercept your message and get access to private information. Please only send documents containing confidential or otherwise sensitive information via secure email. Our secure email server is also able to handle larger files: the maximum size of email attachments is 500 MB. The address of our secure email server is secure email.
