The Regional State Administrative Agency is one of the key actors in Finnish society, which is why we have significant opportunities to promote sustainable development.
Corruption means the abuse of power for illegal gain. Corruption undermines fair and equal treatment and trust in public administration.
Each public official working in the Regional State Administrative Agencies has an obligation to identify the potential for corruption in our activities and combat corruption by all means.
In our capacity as Directors-General of the Regional State Administrative Agencies, we reject corruption and take consistent action when identifying corruption. We organise effective anti-corruption work in cooperation with supervisors, experts and the internal audit function.
