In-service training for education services

In education services, we hold hundreds of training sessions each year for teachers and other professionals in the education sector. The trainings are financed by the Ministry of Finance and and are free for participants. The focus areas for the training are provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Priorities for education in 2021-2023 include:

• Improving competence in legal protection and early childhood education and care supervision
• Support for the implementation of amendments to early childhood education and training legislation
• Promoting welfare, safety and social skills in learning communities
• Promoting a sustainable lifestyle, equality and non-discrimination, including increasing equality in digitalisation
• Reform of support for learning and individual learning paths
• Improving linguistic and cultural competence
• Stärka och stöda kunskaper i vägledning och studiehandledning
